Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will offer you a full refund or store credit for the value of the item within 30 days of delivery.

If you received the wrong product, or did not receive your package, we will offer you store credit or a replacement for the full value of the items affected within 30 days of delivery/delivery notification.

Please email Customer Support at chris@tier1supplements.com to notify us of your intent to receive a refund or store credit for your item. You will then be emailed instructions on the return process.

Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
*Note - Frequent requests for refunds or store credit by an individual will be monitored, and abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
