Creatine, caffeine, beta-alanine. These ingredients have stood the test of time and decades of scientific research. No other supplements come close to matching their level of effectiveness and meeting the Tier 1 standard. So we combined them in clinically-proven doses and made it taste good.

Creatine Monohydrate- Taking creatine over time saturates your muscles with higher creatine phosphate levels, a key compound used for high-intensity energy production. This eventually leads to greater potential for hypertrophy (muscle growth), strength, and power.

Beta-Alanine- Consistently taking Beta-Alanine increases your muscles’ natural stores of Carnosine, which is your body’s acidic buffer. By having more carnosine available, you can delay the muscle exhaustion brought on by the acidic by-products of anaerobic energy production. In practice, this means that you can go harder and longer in all-out efforts that last 0.5-10 minutes.
Caffeine- Caffeine inhibits the negative effects of adenosine on neurotransmission, excitation and pain perception by competing with adenosine in its receptors. Caffeine has been shown to acutely improve performance in strength, power, muscle endurance, and aerobic capacity outcomes.

Why is Third Party Testing Important?
A recent 2023 review paper found that 15% of the 634 supplements tested contained non-disclosed anabolic steroids, and 9% contained banned stimulants. Link to the study: Prevalence of adulteration in dietary supplements and recommendations for safe supplement practices in sport - PMC (nih.gov)
Informed Sport Program
All Tier 1 Supplements products are batch-tested through the Informed Sport Program. Here are some details about the program:
-Third-party testing organization, trusted by organizations such as the US Department of Defense, British Armed Forces, NFL, MLB, and UFC.
-Every product is required to be batch-tested. This means that no product gets to consumers without being tested for banned substances.
-Every batch is tested for over 250 compounds considered prohibited in sport and/or harmful to health. This includes substances like anabolic agents, stimulants, narcotics, beta-2 agonists, diuretics, and new/ emerging threats.
The Big 3
While other brands will pack their pre-workout with dozens of ingredients to give the illusion of effectiveness, we wanted to cut out the fluff and only give you what actually works.
FAQ
This flushing and tingling of the face, hands, or neck is a common side effect of taking Beta-Alanine. This is a harmless side-effect and dissipates usually in about an hour. Eating a small snack with your pre-workout beverage can help reduce this side-effect, as the beta-alanine will be released into your bloodstream a little slower.
To meet the Tier 1 standard, a supplement needs to have an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence to support its efficacy. For our thoughts on some of the more common pre-workout ingredients that did not make the cut, check out this article
